The Associate Regional Business Manager serves as a critical operational partner to regional business leadership, providing administrative and strategic support across sales operations, contract management, and business systems.
Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Business Manager in driving efficient sales and business operations, including administrative support, pipeline tracking, forecasting accuracy, and revenue visibility.
- Oversee the implementation and administration of sales agreements and contract processes in collaboration with finance and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution.
- Explain contract terms and conditions to sales managers and internal teams while serving as the first point of contact for contract-related questions and escalations.
- Partner with legal, finance, and commercial teams to support contract negotiations, renewals, pricing updates, rebates, and other agreement requirements.
- Manage rebate programs and ensure all contractual deadlines, reviews, and updates are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Support Salesforce (SFDC/CPQ) adoption and best practices by serving as a regional super user, trainer, and first-level support resource for system and process issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, dashboarding, and business systems, including Salesforce, ERP, and BI platforms.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and business analyses to provide insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor KPI performance and assist with root-cause analysis and resolution of operational or performance-related issues.
- Ensure business records and digital system data integrity are maintained across Sales and Customer Care teams.
- Provide cross-functional operational support and ensure business continuity by assisting Customer Care or Technical Support functions when needed.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar function for administration, sales, or finance
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
- The ability to develop internal and external business partnerships with a focus on customer centricity
- Excellent attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and a consistent, reliable approach to work.
- Able to exercise sound judgment while handling time-sensitive tasks.
- Self-starter who is well organized, brings enthusiasm to the role, and can manage challenging priorities and deadlines with flexibility.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, and ERP Systems
- Four days/week in-office
